Doran Edmond
Board President
Doran is currently a volunteer firefighter for the Moyers Corners Fire Department. He served in the United States Navy, completing 20 years of honorable service. Doran’s miliary career included three deployments. Doran is a native of Milwaukee, Wisconsin. He attended college at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. After college, Doran began his successful career in the United States Navy. Doran has three children. In addition to serving as the CAC Board president, Doran is also on the board of directors for Oswego County Opportunities. He plans to continue assisting his community as much as possible, whenever possible.
Joleen DiBartolo
Board Vice President
Joleen DiBartolo is an Assistant Vice President and Residential Mortgage Team Leader at Pathfinder Bank. She is responsible for the overall management and administration of Residential Lending Sales. With over 13 years’ experience in Residential Lending, Joleen delivers high-impact work in the real estate industry. She focuses on educating and supporting customers throughout the mortgage application process. No matter what the task at hand, she thrives on providing superior customer service.Joleen is a wife and devoted mother of two. She is inspired by her family to play an active role in the community and finds joy in giving back. In addition to serving as the CAC Board Vice President, Joleen sits on the Board of the Central New York Mortgage Bankers Association. She is an active instructor and member of Pathfinder Bank’s Money Smart Leadership Team and has acted as an Ambassador for the HerPath to Success program. Joleen and is an alumni of Leadership Oswego County program.
Danielle Hayden
Board Secretary
Danielle Hayden is the Personnel Director for the City of Oswego. She is responsible for the administration of personnel benefits, employee relations, contract administration and negotiation, training of personnel, affirmative action, long range staff planning, and all other personnel functions assigned by State Law to the City Civil Service Commission. Danielle began her career in Oswego 20 years ago working for the Greater Oswego-Fulton Chamber of Commerce as Events Coordinator and later served as the Assistant Executive Director. She then went on to run the Oswego County Chapter of the American Red Cross where her focus was Fund Development and major gifts. She also took on a role as Business Development Specialist at Oswego County FCU. Danielle holds a bachelor’s degree in communications from the University of Phoenix. She lives in Oswego with her Fiancé Jim and 22-year-old daughter Mackenzie. In addition to serving as the CAC Board Secretary, Danielle was also President of the Oswego Rotary Board of Directors and President for the Tourism Advisory Council for the City of Oswego. In 2009, Danielle was recognized by Oswego County Business Magazine as one of the 40 under 40 recipients. She is also a 2010 graduate of Leadership Oswego County.
Traci Faulkner
Board Treasurer
Traci is the Chief Financial Officer at the Rescue Mission Alliance of Syracuse. Previously, she has worked as the Chief Financial Officer at River Hospital in Alexandria Bay and Controller for Molina Healthcare. Traci received her Master’s degree in Accounting from Syracuse University and holds a license as a Certified Public Accountant in New York State. She has two children and currently resides in Sandy Creek, NY.In addition to serving as the CAC Board Treasurer, Traci has served 2 terms on the Northern Oswego County Health Services Inc. Board of Directors as well as a term on the Hospice of Jefferson County Board of Directors.
Andrew Hinman
Board Member
Andrew is a licensed Pastor in the United Church of Christ and is currently serving the Faith United Church (Oswego) and Bristol Hill UCC (Volney).Andrew is a graduate of the New York School of Ministry and also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Accounting with a minor in Economics from SUNY Oswego. Andrew has served on the CAC Board of Directors since 2019. In addition to CAC Board membership, Andrew also serves as the Chair of Oswego Welcomes New Americans – Sponsor Circle which successfully welcomes Afghan refugees to the Oswego area.
Alicia King
Board Member
Alicia is the Director of Advisement for the School of Business at SUNY Oswego. Alicia holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance, as well as an MBA. Her post-graduate work is in Organizational Change and Development. Alicia has served on the CAC Board of Directors since 2019. In addition to CAC Board membership, Alicia is an active member of Zonta, where she works to empower women and girls through service and advocacy.
Patrick Haggerty
Board Member
Patrick Haggerty graduated Summa Cum Laude from Le Moyne College in 2010 with a Bachelor of Science in Economics, a minor in Mathematics, and a minor in Business. Patrick is a Licensed Associate Real Estate Broker with Century 21 Leah's Signature, having obtained his license in real estate in 2007. Patrick has served as a member of the Board of Directors of Child Advocacy Center of Oswego County since 2018
Craig Fitzpatrick
Board Member
Craig is a Financial Consultant who helps clients of all ages to prepare for lifelong financial success. What Craig enjoys most about his work is helping people retire comfortably. People who know him can always count on his knowledge and ability to implement resources. Craig is a 2006 graduate of St. John Fisher College. In his spare time, he enjoys sports and spending time with his family and friends. In addition to CAC Board Membership, Craig is actively involved in the Fulton Kiwanis Club.
Jessica Leaf
Board Member
Jessica has been a registered nurse for the past 16 years in our community. She is currently completing her master’s in nursing degree. Jessica is a native of Fulton, NY. She enjoys spending time with her husband and children, as well as spending time outdoors. As a CAC Board member, Jessica is able to give back to the community, which is something she greatly enjoys.
Erin Vosbury
Board Member
Erin Vosbury is a nuclear professional with eleven years of experience with Constellation, the nation’s largest carbon-free generation fleet. Erin has experience in chemistry, maintenance, performance improvement, organizational effectiveness, regulatory, engineering, auditing, and leadership during her nuclear career. Erin has also worked as a forensic scientist for eleven years with experience in trace evidence and drug chemistry. She also worked as a scientist in pharmaceutical testing. Erin graduated with a bachelor's degree in Chemistry from SUNY Oswego. Erin is a powerful force in the workplace and community using her relationship building, adaptability, continuous learning, and empathy to create a positive environment. Erin is active in her community as a member of the Zonta Club of Oswego, Vice President of the Constellation PRIDE employee resources group, Women in Nuclear, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion lead, Volney Parent Group member, and Fulton Youth basketball coach. Erin enjoys camping and hiking with her husband, son, and dog, Griswold. She is a graduate of Leadership Oswego County class of 2023.
Meg Kellogg
Board Member
Meg is the Program Director of Little Lukes Preschool & Childcare Center in Oswego, where she has devoted the entirety of her adult life and career to quality early childhood education. Meg has worked with Little Lukes since opening in 2002 with her years spent as a teacher, Early Intervention Service Coordinator, and the majority of these years as a Program Director. She is a graduate of SUNY Oswego, where she pursued a Bachelors Degree in Education and ultimately earned her degree in English Writing Arts. Meg is also a member of the Oswego County Autism Task Force, the Baldwinsville Boys Soccer Booster Club, and participates in several local youth program advisory committees. Meg enjoys reading, playing games, traveling, being outdoors, and spending time with her family and their dogs.
Abby Weaver
Board Member
Abby is the Chief Operating Officer of Alberts Group in Oswego, overseeing Little Lukes, F45 Training, RELAX the Spa, and Riverwalk Oswego. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Communication from SUNY Geneseo. An active community member, Abby serves on several boards, including Oswego County Opportunities (OCO), Workforce Oswego County, Operation Oswego County, and the Child Advocacy Center. She is a 2023 graduate of Leadership Oswego County and enjoys gardening and traveling with her four children.
Jamie Eipp
Board Member
Jamie Eipp brings a strong foundation in mental health and community service to her role on the board. She holds a Master of Education in Mental Health Counseling with a Certificate of Advanced Study in Trauma from SUNY Oswego and has served youth and families in Oswego County since 2002. Jamie has been active in local educational and community initiatives, including serving on the Altmar-Parish-Williamstown (APW) Board of Education, where she has been part of key decisions and has worked hard to initiate student, staff, and community-centered initiatives. Jamie has also engaged with programs such as Circle of Security Parenting, is a credentialed Certified Autism Spectrum Disorder Clinical Specialist, and leads a team comprised of 26 school-based therapy clinics to support children and families in several Oswego County school districts. As a board member of the Child Advocacy Center of Oswego County, Jamie is committed to leveraging her background in counseling, education, and community outreach to advance trauma-informed supports and expand access to care for children and families across the entire county.
